As a UX Researcher, you will have the opportunity to systematically study target users to collect and analyze data that will help guide the product design process.
This person will have strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and is capable of leading multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
You will articulate and communicate research strategy and insights to teammates, business partners and senior leadership to guide the company in crafting world-class User Experiences that are simple, consistent and drive business results. You will work with multiple business constituents in a fast-paced innovative development environment. This role is within the Technology organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Is confident with quantitative and qualitative UX research methods.
  • Maintain the list of existing and potential research participants.
  • Handle the logistics for research including recruiting and preparing participants for research, interviews, securing conference rooms, technical support, and more.
  • Call and/or email participants leading up to their research day to ensure attendance.
  • Support UX Designers in the creation of discussion guides, the facilitation of the collection of findings, and consolidation of results for preparation of Research Reports.
  • Record detailed notes during each interview.
  • Participate in testing strategies, implementation, and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain a repository for all research performed for future access.
  • Supply to the group’s shared knowledge of user-centered design and research methodologies.
  • Promote user research activities to build a deep and rich understanding of the users.
  • Reliably connect with users, both internal and external, at all levels from the basic user to the executive leadership.
  • Strives for continual improvement in processes and efficiency.
  • Enables effective communications between management and team members.
  • Be an authority that embodies agility, diversity, and empowerment. Lead with confidence, integrity, and positivity.
  • Promotes collaboration across teams and encourages open and transparent communication.
  • Identify and assess cross-team dependencies and what impacts team's work has on other areas.
  • Facilitates discussions regarding alternative and/or different approaches.
  • Present yourself with confidence and demonstrate outstanding leadership skills.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience working in a professional environment.
  • Experience working within a UX team.

Other qualifications

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Unusually meticulous nature that provides the ability to supervise, coordinate and prioritize multiple concurrent research efforts.
  • Experience with remote testing tools.
  • A curiosity about growing within the User Experience field.
  • A strong desire to always keep the user at the center of the conversation.

Colorado Applicants Only

The base salary range for this position in Colorado is $95,000 to $158,400. This position is eligible for incentive compensation in the form of a bonus.
