How You Will Make an Impact

We serve a customer base seeking luxury, value, and world-class service. As a Valet Driver, you will contribute to the success of the Service Department by delivering excellent customer service and support to the team. You will directly impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy,
• self-awareness, and integrity. Deliver and retrieve courtesy vehicles
• Pick up and return customer vehicles for service appointments
• Enthusiastically greet customers
• Maintain lot display and merchandising materials on vehicles
• Keep vehicles organized
• Wash and Prepare vehicles for pickup
• Maintain the cleanliness of all vehicles
• Quality inspect vehicles out of detail

Skills Needed to Win:

• MUST possess an engaging and professional appearance
• Ability to focus on providing exemplary customer service
• Possess strong organizational skills and detail-orientation
• Possess strong communication skills
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Pass a motor vehicle report assessment and possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable safe driving record
• Capable of standing, sitting or driving extended periods of time
