Stevinson Toyota West is seeking a Vehicle Exchange Coordinator to join their Sales team. Previous dealership experience is helpful.


Compensation:
$19 per hour plus performance bonuses

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The primary role of the Vehicle Exchange Coordinator is to assist and provide customers with information on their vehicle trade value and sales process while having their vehicle serviced in the service department.
The Vehicle Exchange Coordinator builds a portfolio of customers utilizing the customer management database to manage their customer's trade in experience and for future repeat business.


DUTIES
and RESPONSIBILITY

  • Meet and greet customers in the service drive or sales lot while discussing and presenting possible trade in opportunities
  • Contacts and communicates with customers to identify needs using the Asbury exchange process.
  • Builds rapport with customers to build a base of referrals and establish customer network.
  • Answers inbound sales calls and respond to Internet inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Achieves daily outbound phone and email quota.
  • Attends sales & product knowledge meetings.

SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 to 3 months related experience is preferred.
  • English language required (bilingual is a plus)
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one with supervisor and customer and small group situations with customers.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Regularly exposed to all weather elements including hand carwash environment.
  • Must be able to pass pre employment screening (background and drug.)
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
