DLA Piper’s New York office is seeking a Law Clerk/Associate to join our Finance-Venture and Growth department in the fall of 2023. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 months experience in lender-side representation for commercial finance matters. Candidates must have experience with Word, Excel, PPT, PDF, basic document management and legal research systems and software. All applicants must possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. We seek candidates with immediate transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized law schools. Candidates must have previous big law internship experience and be eligible to become licensed to practice in New York.

In accordance with New York City’s Pay Transparency Law, the pay rate for this position, if hired to work in New York City, is $215,000. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
