Vet for Pet, a Routine & Emergency Veterinary Clinic, is searching for a well-rounded, passionate, Veterinary Tech and Vet Assistant/Receptionist to join its growing veterinary team. At Vet for Pet we pride ourselves on our patient care, offering emergency appointments, surgery, laser, radiology, endoscopy, full in-house laboratory, and wellness and preventative care appointments.

We are open 10am-10pm Monday-Thursday, 5pm-10pm Friday, and 10am-4pm Saturdays. The positions we are looking to fill are both part time and full time, 15-35+ hours per week. Applicants are advised that our closing times are dependent upon the case load in the hospital, and should be able to be flexible on nights when we need to stay late.

The ideal candidates will be detail oriented and able to work in all areas of the hospital. Experience working with at a veterinary clinic is preferred but we will train the right people who have the right attitude and willingness to learn. Preference will be given to those with veterinary experience in the following:

• Venipuncture / phlebotomy

• IV catheter placement and management

• Radiographic image taking / positioning

• Proper, safe, restraint techniques

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
