We are looking for an exceptional, motivated Veterinary Practice Manager to lead a hustling veterinary hospital in Whitsett, NC
Stoney Creek Veterinary Hospital is a collaborative 4-doctor practice that shares a passion for providing exceptional healthcare to all pets! Is that your passion too? We take every step to give pets the best possible care and the first step is our wonderful staff. We are the only veterinary clinic in Whitsett, NC, located between Winston-Salem and Raleigh. We have an amazing 5,200 square-foot facility full-service facility located on a beautiful three acres. We are working on redefining the veterinary lifestyle and we want you to come meet with us!

Does Your Background Include:

• 3+ years of management experience in veterinary or related businesses (bonus for previous multi-site or 3+ DVM management experience)
• Familiarity or willingness to learn Veterinary Practice Management Systems and create efficient workflows with those systems
• Hospital facility maintenance, management, and capital expenditure planning
• Developing and implementing practice policies and SOPs:
• Oversight of DEA regulations and controlled substances processes and results.
• Responsible for radiation registration, certificates, and safety protocols.
• Maintains OSHA requirements, standards, and protocols
• Creating staff schedules and evaluating staffing needs
• Recruiting technical and client services staff members

• Familiarity with or willingness to learn veterinary KPIs, and monthly financial statements, and participate in the yearly budgeting process
• Sufficient skill with computers and the Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, etc.)
