YOUR OPPORTUNITY

As Vice President Marketing B2B (m/f/d), a management team awaits you that sees marketing as a core function for the further growth of the company and will strongly expand it. You will have a lot of creative freedom and will lead the two Sports Marketing teams (EU and US) and the Event Management and Partner Marketing team.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You...

  • lead the two Sports Marketing teams (EU and US) as well as Event Management and Partner Marketing
  • ensure performance of B2B Marketing campaigns in several languages and markets in order generate and nurture B2B leads
  • develop and continuously improve the global sports marketing strategy in cooperation with the respective team leaders (EMEA & US) and coordination with the CEO Sports, Digital Team and Creative Team
  • steer the global B2B sports marketing: creation of online and offline content and playout across various channels, conception of product and technology campaigns and roll-out
  • continuously report and engage with senior management from different departments up to C-level
  • will be responsible for the analysis of the efficiency of all campaigns for positioning the company and for lead generation, derivation of optimization opportunities
  • steer our event management and partner marketing (conception and implementation of appearances at trade fairs and congresses, implementation of joint marketing activities with sales partners in social media, multimedia, events and PR)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

You...

  • have strong expertise in a B2B marketing role in a leadership role, incl. lead generation and nurturing until hand over to sales teams
  • deeply understand the whole customer journey and sales pipeline
  • have experience in running account-based highly targeted marketing activities for B2B
  • bring several years of professional experience in leading and developing marketing teams
  • also bring several years of experience in sports business or you want to transition from a B2B marketing company into the sports business.
  • have a deep technical understanding and high interest in new technologies
  • have a very good numerical understanding and analytical-conceptual skills
  • bring business fluent English skills, both spoken and written, very good knowledge of German would be an advantage
