Primary Duties:

MERS Goodwill is looking for a Vice President of Recruiting and Compliance who will be responsible for oversight and administration of the compliance, investigation and recruiting directors. This role will create and establish policies and strategies for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as creating a diverse work environment focusing on employee productivity and wellbeing. In addition, this position will serve as the collaborative leader for any/all employee handbook violations and its interpretation. This position must ensure that all agency policies and procedures are followed.

Essential/Primary Functions:

  • Oversight and administration of compliance, investigation and recruiting directors.
  • Create and establishes policies for compliance as well as developing a strategic plan that provides a diverse work environment.
  • Collaborates and assists senior organizational leaders in developing compliance, investigation and recruiting plans incorporating mission and the strategic plan.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPI's) and track/ manage monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Serve as an objective company ambassador for all questions regarding any/all potential violations of the employee handbook.
  • Assist the CFO in all federal/state or local monitoring visits, CARF accreditation, annual budgeting and organizational development plans.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Human Resources with 10 years' experience in a senior human resources role specializing in recruiting, compliance and investigations for a company exceeding 2,000 employees. This position must possess strong collaborative leadership and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of data analytics.
