The Videographer/Editor is responsible for developing and creating a variety of multi-media productions for the Training and Development Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

Videography

• Collaborate with our creative team to execute preproduction for a variety of videos by developing ideas and concepts for our employee facing videos.
• Set up and film video content.
• Set up and monitor audio.
• Set up lighting for interviews, training videos, green screens, corporate headshots and cinematic concepts.
• Perform edits in Adobe Premiere including assembly and sequence editing, color correction, color grading and basic audio editing.
• Present final cuts for events, social media and other digital platforms.
• Utilize storytelling skills to effectively communicate the company's values.
• Create content for the social media marketing team as required.

Photography

• Take pictures at company events when needed.
• Perform corporate headshots.
• Basic photography edits in Adobe Lightroom.

• Skill with Adobe CC - primarily Premiere, Lightroom and After Effects.
• Knowledge and experience utilizing mirrorless cameras.
• Knowledge and experience with a variety of lighting setups including corporate and cinematic styles.
• Knowledge and experience utilizing lavalier mics, boom mics and external audio recorders.
• Experience utilizing various gimbals such as motorized or manual steady cams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a variety of workload while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a creative environment.
• Ability to develop concepts for videos in a short period of time.
• Knowledge in 3D, Rotoscoping and Motion Graphics as a plus.
• Ability to Travel. 50%

Education/Experience

• 2+ years of combined experience working as a videographer/editor.
