Position Title: Dining Services Administrative Assistant

Overview: This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Dining Services management team. This position reports to the Director of Culinary & Dining Services.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Processes monthly invoices in adherence to Accounting deadlines
  • Serve as liaison between the Director of Culinary & Dining Services and residents, employees, visitors
  • Communicates daily menu selections to the residents, family members and employees
  • Uses database programs and spreadsheets to generate dining services reports as requested
  • Serve as the primary contact person for Dining Service vendors and vendor section
  • Manages incoming and outgoing mail for Dining Services Department
  • Organizes associate engagement events & give aways
  • Coordinate and manage projects for department in collaboration with Director of Culinary & Dining Services
  • Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy and regulatory agencies
  • Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
  • Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
  • Manage agendas and appointments for Dining Services management

You Have:

  • AA or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Three or more years experience in related area or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
