Are you a creative and dynamic Merchandising Visual Lead with experience in pop-up retail and a passion for home furnishings? We have an exciting opportunity for you! We're seeking a Merchandising Visual Lead to join our team and oversee the visual merchandising and display efforts for our upcoming pop-up store.

As the Merchandising Visual Lead, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing stunning displays and visual merchandising strategies that showcase our brand and products, attract and engage customers, and increase sales. You'll work closely with the store management team and other departments as well as leadership, to ensure that the store is visually appealing, well-organized, and up-to-date with the latest trends and styles in home furnishings. As part of your role, you will also be tasked with managing the scheduling of shifts for other employees

In this role, you'll have the chance to develop and implement visual merchandising plans and strategies that align with our brand image and goals. You'll create captivating product displays that maximize the use of space and lighting, and train and supervise the visual merchandising team to ensure consistency and excellence in execution.

As the Merchandising Visual Lead, you'll also collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and product launches that create buzz and excitement among customers. You'll conduct regular store walkthroughs to ensure that displays and merchandising efforts are up-to-date and meet brand standards, and manage and maintain inventory of visual merchandising materials, including props, fixtures, and signage.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of organization and cleanliness in the facility, including receiving, packing, and shipping of merchandise.
