The Role

We are seeing exciting growth and are on the hunt for our first product-led growth leader. As VP of Growth Product, you will report directly to the CEO and will drive user growth through scaling our product. You will be responsible for identifying near term opportunities to optimize user acquisition, and more importantly, developing a long term product-led strategy for driving growth. You will have the opportunity to oversee and continue to build the user lifecycle team, managing the full user funnel. This is a full time executive level, remote OK (U.S. based) position. The annual salary range for this position is $180,000-$220,000.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a product-led consumer growth strategy for ShopShops

• Develop and implement ideas for growing our customer base - including but not limited to expansion into new markets

• Help to set new product priorities and reshape the product growth roadmap
• Partner with leadership team to build cross-functional capabilities and learnings
• Lead (and continue to build) a growth and product team

Qualifications/Attributes:

• Experience with data-driven growth strategies

• Experience working at an early stage consumer (content or ecommerce) company during the hyper growth phase
• Strong data and growth mentality
• Willingness to experiment
• Demonstrated user journey experience on an APP
• Fluency in English and Mandarin a plus
