MedeAnalytics is seeking a Vice President of Operations to be a key member of the leadership team. The VP of Operations will partner with other members of the leadership team to support company growth through execution of new client implementations, complete the migration program to the new SaaS environment, simplify the mapping and ingestion of complex big-data, as well as lead the Shared Operations teams (Business Integration engineering and Quality Assurance). The key leader hired for this position will have an extensive background in leading Software Technical Operations functions in a customer centric environment, working with management and mapping of big data, as well as SaaS environments. This key leadership role will report to the COO of MedeAnalytics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the transformation to a SaaS driven culture and process to deliver new implementations quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with key leadership on the sales to support continuum to achieve optimized customer outcomes.
• Translate strategy into actionable, metrics-based goals to improve efficiency and productivity of the Professional Services, Business Integration, and Quality Assurance Operations teams.
• Identify opportunities and implement procedures and improved processes for automation, delivery improvement, and expense management across the respective Operations.
• Negotiate with partners and vendors to achieve optimal service and cost for technologies and related services.
• Partner with cross-organizational Senior leadership peers and participate in the leadership and execution of key cross-organizational initiatives, processes, etc.
• Lead process integration of acquired entities into MedeAnalytics as well as associated teams.
• Drive growth of team members, productivity and retention through improved training and education programs, performance management, and other initiatives that drive to a highly inclusive and supportive culture yielding outstanding results.
• Manage to improve the respective Operations expenses to ensure MedeAnalytics achieves growth and profitability targets.

Essential Education, Experience and Interests:

• 15+ years’ experience in healthcare IT services including SaaS solutions, with proven experience as a senior technical operations leader and/or other relevant role
• Prefer 10+ years experience working in a SaaS software environment tech stack delivering services and customer facing roles
• Extensive experience in process optimization and transforming processes to meaningfully change outcomes.
• Strong skills in Data Analytics to critically assess process gaps including data ingestion, quality assurance, engineering, and other processes.
• Deep expertise in building teams, scalable processes and metrics-based management to achieve departmental goals
• Preference for candidates with previous experience working in private equity-backed growth mindset
• Proven experience integrating acquired businesses, leveraging value-adds from the acquired entity, eliminating redundancies, and embracing culture.
• Strong analytical, verbal/written communications skills, and demonstrated ability to turn strategy into action-oriented goals and KPIs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields
