• Collaborating with management and SMEs to identify end-user requirements and specifications
• Producing efficient and elegant code based on requirements
• Testing and deploying programs and applications
• Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing software
• Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance
• Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products
• Developing technical documentation to guide software development projects
• Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably a B.S. in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent applied experience
• Minimum of 6 years recent hands-on coding in C# / .NET
• Minimum of 6 years writing complex SQL queries
• Minimum of 6 years writing code with SQL server and ETL (SSIS)
• Experience working with teams on the support and development of software required
• Experience working with third-party Vendors on the support of Treasury Management systems
• Experience with implementation, quality assurance, quality control, standardization, change management
• Creative and strategic thinker with excellent problem solving and organizational skills
• Excellent business and analytical planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and objectives in a rapidly changing environment
• Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Highly preferred – Experience working with teams on the development of API
• Review and be knowledgeable of departmental and human resource’s policies & procedures

• Role requires sitting or standing in front of a computer monitor for prolonged periods of time in a fixed neck position.
• Constant use of a computer or other office equipment resulting in repeating motions of the hands and wrists.
• Light work that may include moving objects up to 20 pounds.

National Base Pay Range (annual): $131,982.41 to $204,573.41
Final salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with geographic/market data.
