Black Swan Distribution Corp is an E-Commerce business with a focus on Housewares and Home Goods. We are located in Pompano Beach and are one of the top sellers in the nation.

We carry a line of about 500 products and fulfill thousands of order daily. We pride ourselves on our customer service and customer satisfaction scores.

We have a dedicated team in the warehouse that picks, packs and ships products all across the country. We are growing rapidly and thus need to expand our team. We are seeking like-minded individuals who work hard yet efficiently – can count accurately, are team players, and like to have fun.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Work in a team environment- sharing ideas and concerns with all members of the team.
• Perform other duties as dictated by the operation or directed by the Warehouse Manager
• Able to maintain a daily goal of completed product based on item specifications (anywhere from 1,000 - 2,000 items daily)
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Ability to work independently
• Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)

• Physically dexterous to lift and move heavy objects and load/unload delivery trucks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
