We are currently seeking to hire Full-Time Warehouse Associates. 10 Paid Holidays.

Hours: Full Time 1st Shift 6am-4pm or 7am-3pm 2nd Shift 4pm-2am or 3-11pm

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Stocks the Warehouse department with raw materials / component material and supplies required to produce work orders attaining set efficiency / productivity requirements while ensuring overall product quality standards (FDA, ISO, MDD) are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uses forklifts/pallet jacks to pull orders/material from the warehouse, filling work order requirements, staging picked materials at the required machine/area, all while adhering and abiding by set safety guidelines.
  • Inventories and stocks finished goods in the warehouse as required.
  • Moves raw materials and/or finished products from containers, pallets, racks, shelves by hand as required
  • Fills out the necessary paperwork/documentation within established customer and QA requirements
  • Cross-trained in all positions within the warehouse able and willing to carryout or fill-in when required and/or as needed.
  • Assist QA department in processing non-compliance material(s) to include removing materials from production and warehouse areas, labeling the non-compliance material(s), and completing rejection forms.
  • May assist in orientating temporary and new hire employees in regards to job responsibilities, productivity requirements, warehouse processes/procedures, and required quality standards
  • Maintains a safe, clean and organized environment.
  • Position requires overtime to meet production requirements, trainings, and or management functions as needed.
  • All employees have the responsibility and authority to report any action that puts any process or product at risk.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Forklift / pallet jack certification preferred. 1+ years of warehouse experience is preferred. Previous experience working in a large manufacturing environment / organization structure is a plus.

Skills & Abilities:
Must be able to read, write, and understand basic English. Must have good hand-eye coordination able to safely use electric pallet jacks and forklifts. Must be detail orientated, able to pull materials and fill out required paperwork within set timeframes. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, and enjoy working with a diverse employee base. Previous use of Warehouse Management Systems, databases, and/or MRP systems a plus. Must be able to compute basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide. Must be capable of standing for a full shift (8 to 12 hours), able to lift, push, pull 50 pounds, walk, stoop, kneel, bend over, and grasp objects with both hands on a frequent basis. Ability to report to work on time, on a consistent and regular basis is required.
