So now that you know about us, here’s the job…

At Diverzify+ and our family of brand partners, we believe our associates are at the heart of our organization. The Warehouse Coordinator is a key role for our business. In this position, you will be responsible for tracking warehouse inventory and ensuring products are shipped out properly. On a daily basis, you will review the orders that need to be filled, designate staff to pull products from the shelves, prepare orders for distribution, and check to make sure the orders are completed accurately and on time. You also will ensure that inventory records are up-to-date and that employees follow all safety guidelines and procedures throughout the warehouse.

Here’s what we are looking for…

• Check in and organize materials that come into the warehouse
• Mark the locations of the materials on the bills of ladings
• Issue materials to installers for jobs, help load and/or cut materials for the installers and operate the cutting machine
• Keep track of any material balances left in the warehouse for a job
• Coordinate material authorizations with the purchasing agent and accounts payable
• Issue stock pad from warehouse when needed
• Conduct periodic inventories
• Secure warehouse building and clean warehouse office
• Organize the warehouse and put away materials
• Maintain a neat and uncluttered warehouse
• Occasionally pick up materials from vendors and make deliveries to job sites
• Order supplies as needed
• Maintain company grounds
• Maintain warehouse equipment (i.e. forklift, cutting machine)

And you would have the following…

• Must have a high school diploma/GED
• 3+ years of warehouse distribution experience, preferably in a managerial role
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and lean management principles a plus
• Knowledge of bulk packing and warehouse pick and pack procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated knowledge of the products in the floor covering industry
