General Description:

Tolin Mechanical, an established, well recognized and respected HVAC service contractor, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our Phoenix Branch. We are seeking a candidate who meets the qualifications listed below.

This position requires someone who is self-motivated, professional, and a solid team player. The Material Handlers are responsible for performing tasks that support the logistics team and support the technicians in the field. Excellent communication skills, a hard-working attitude, and ability to follow and demonstrate safe practices are essential to success in this role.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Internal company relations and partnership
• External relations with outside vendors and customers
• Status reporting of materials and equipment
• Determine, maintain, and control inventory levels
• Customer concern resolution
• Maintenance of catalogs and part files
• Ensure clean, tidy and safe work environment
• Coordination and collaboration across teams and departments
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 2 + years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent coordination and collaboration skills
• Values and displays exceptional customer service
• Strong organization skills
• Experience in HVAC, construction, engineering, or related industry
• Experience and demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal departments, vendors, and customers
• Valid Driver s License with driving record in good standing

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must frequently lift and/or move and push/pull up to 40 pounds.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move and/or balance while standing or climbing up to 25 pounds.

• Frequently required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl.

Compensation & Benefits:

Average Starting Wage: $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration.
