Position Description:

As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing overall warehouse operations and efficiency within the warehouse location.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with federal, state and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements at all times
• Ensuring safe use of warehouse equipment
• Inventory control for 25+ customers
• Detailed and accurate processing in 3PL Central / Oracle WMS
• Quality assurance of inbound tallies / outbound picks for all customers
• Space management and floor productivity
• Provide accurate information (internal and external) related to all warehouse operations
• Train and supervisor dock & office personnel
• Analyze P&L reports to track financial performance
• Oversee warehouse projects to include kitting, bulk conversion and seasonal pick n pack

Qualifications:

• Effective verbal and written communicator
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel
• Strong time management, planning, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to read, interpret and convey shipping documents, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
• Ability to work more than 40 hours per week on occasion when assigned
