We are looking for a Dayshift Warehouse Receiving Lead to join our Orchard Brands Eatonton Distribution Center Team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises Receiving Associates and Unloaders and assists in proper completion of all daily tasks.
• Ensures all Receiving Associates are properly trained in approved Warehouse procedures.
• Maintains and supports all Receiving and Production standards.
• Monitors the Teams daily activities and Production quality.
• Ensures all Receiving cleanliness and maintenance is completed daily.
• Records and monitors daily Production and email reports to management.
• Ensures the proper use of equipment and materials to maximize Productivity and promote a safe work environment.
• Ensures all equipment (including Forklifts, EPJs) is in working order and communicates any Safety or Maintenance concerns immediately.
• Acts as an example to others by following and championing policies and procedures.
• Leads by example in maintaining a clean and organized workspace and Warehouse.
• Works to become cross trained in other Warehouse Departments to support a flexible Production environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Availability must support working Day Shifts and overtime as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, multifaceted environment.
• Must be able to operate all necessary Receiving equipment and handheld scanners.
• Open to feedback and able to take and give direction.
• Leads by example with a consistent positive and goal focused attitude.
• Must have intermediate math and reading skills.
• Ability to mentor and coach a team on Safety rules and procedures.
