Regal Logistics in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team. The incumbent is responsible for leading and controlling of warehouse personnel to ensure the efficient and timely shipping of freight.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible for supervising a team of warehouse employees and temporary workers in storage and distribution activities.

· Achieve high levels of team performance through excellence in shipping, dispatching, distribution and receiving in an accurate and efficient manner

· Makes efficient use of space within department platform to meet daily requirements

· Maintains daily door logs and distributes copies to dispatch office

· Ensures department staffing levels are adequate and informs Warehouse Manager of any needs or changes

· Directs the daily activities of warehouse personnel and trains new employees

· Communicates carrier name, staging door location and labor resources for each load directly to forklift operator

· Ensures correct label placement through spot check of documentation, training and use of Share Point

· Monitors trailer load out process to ensure safe load

· Calls in finished drop or LTL trailers to Dispatch. This will expedite trailer movement to other buildings

· Prioritizes orders to meet daily ship/cancel requirements

· Ensures all policies and standard operating procedures for departments are maintained and followed

· Investigating and troubleshooting any problems involving freight and notifies Dispatch and Warehouse Manager

· Secures warehouse contents against loss

· Perform an accurate daily inventory of items in the assigned warehouse

· Promotes and enforces safety procedures

· Keeps department organized

· Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)

• Minimum of 3 years warehouse/logistics operations experience

• Must have extensive knowledge of warehouse functions

• Strong leadership & problem-solving skills

• Ability to operate forklifts (Certified)

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office and WMS

*Punctuality and attendance are a crucial part of this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.65 per hour
