This position is for a visual storyteller with an eye for clean and artful web design who can translate FairCom’s brand story into engaging user journeys for customers of FairCom’s database software solutions.


Create compelling product positioning and imagery for our data modernization product, c-treeRTG, our core product, FairCom DB, an advanced database engine focused on reliability and scalability, as well as our new, cutting-edge technology, FairCom Edge, the world’s first converged IoT & IIoT hub. This role is a creative mix of UX, design, and brand strategy for the next phase in the Industrial Revolution, Industry 4.0!


Here is What You’d Be Doing:

  • Conceptualize designs for our website and other digital properties.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, templates, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Manage all aspects of the company’s website including designing webpage layouts in WordPress, writing and editing content, and performing routine maintenance.
  • Produce, optimize and output final web-ready digital artwork.
  • Utilize web analytics data to guide ongoing improvements to sites.
  • Create sharp, beautiful, engaging static and graphic assets that tell the story of FairCom’s mission and product value.
  • Other* duties may be assigned.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of professional web design experience.
  • 3+ years of visual design experience, with an emphasis on digital design and a solid portfolio to showcase your work.
  • Understanding of UX, responsive web design, HTML, and CSS.
  • Must have professional proficiency with the following systems:
    • Google Analytics
    • WordPress
    • MS Office and G Suite


Position Preferences

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Art/Design OR applicable professional experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
