What's the role?

Web Developer and Designer

Based out of our San Antonio Headquarters, Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

• Oversight and management of content management systems to maintain and improve websites
• Work with marketing team to determine goals and brainstorm solutions, and then implement changes
• Ability to be iterative and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise and hands-on experience with web applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, Ruby, and APIs.
• Strong grasp of security principles and best practices
• Front-end and back-end developing experience
• Experience working with content management systems like Craft and Shopify

What you need:

• 2-5 years prior experience in web development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards
• Experience building and launching apps and web apps is a plus
• Desired: Working knowledge of Adobe and design know-how is a plus
• Desired: SEO knowledge is a plus
• Killer portfolio
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to self-edit
• Constant communication with colleagues and leadership
• Conduct research to gain familiarity (and stay in tune) with industry trends
• Outstanding ability to identify and resolve problems by thinking creatively and strategically
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
