Norwood Sales Inc. is seeking a results-oriented person to supervise our weld department in our ag manufacturing facility with 5 years of supervisory experience. Hours are M-F (1st Shift: 6 am to 4:30 pm or 2nd Shift: 4pm-3:30am) & Some Saturdays .

Qualifications:

Proven problem resolution skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Must have a strong understanding of shop flow.
Remain organized, professional and honest.
Motivated and self-starter.

Responsibilities:

Work with employees and day supervisors to solve work-related problems.
Assign work to employees.
Train new staff and make sure policies and procedures are being enforced.
Prioritizing orders to ensure orders are complete on time and to specification.
