Qualifications

· Minimum 1-2 year’s experience in Wholesale Lending experience

· Active Broker Connections

· Excellent communication skills

· Customer service focused

· Detail oriented

· Ability to thrive in a production driven environment

· Be a team player

· Computer/Technology savvy

Duties

· Cold calling to solicit new accounts

· Build relationships with current and new mortgage brokers

· Maintains sales contact, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports

· Trains brokers on LU Wholesale processes

· Stay abreast of underwriting guideline and program changes

· Provide on-going service and support to brokers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
