Overview: Responsibilities:

• Prepare the Tasting Room for opening/closing each business day
• Conduct winery tours and tastings
• Provide a quality guest experience
• Educate guests on the history of Chateau Elan Winery as well as on each of the available wines
• Educate staff on wine knowledge and wine service
• Lead and facilitate in social and educational winery related events
• Continued wine education is encouraged

Qualifications:

• Must possess exceptional communication and organizational skills
• The ability to speak comfortably and audibly in front of groups of people
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Candidates must possess previous customer service experience
