Department Overview
Job Description
Identifies recurring problems and issues and makes recommendations for possible procedure changes.
Researches and analyzes issues related to Customer accounts as needed.
Acts as an experienced resource for the team and provides training and coaching to less experienced team members.
Resolves transaction problems by communicating directly with internal personnel, stores, and peers to ensure correct handling of issues.
Reviews wire requests.
Resolves transaction problems.
Job Requirements
1-2 Years of related experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment
Demonstrated strong Customer service and communication skills
PC skills, including the ability to learn new systems
Accounting background a plus
