Compensation: $32,000 - $42,000 per year

Roles and Responsibilities
Store Operations:
- Merchandising: inventory control, audits and aging inventory management
- Cash Handling: register reconciliation, deposits, petty cash management
- Customer Experience: store cleanliness, customer escalations
- Standard Operation Procedures: store checklists, store procedures, inventory maintenance
- Meet company deadlines and participates in local meetings and sales events
Human Resources:
- Leadership: Train and develop team by creating alignment between personal and professional goals, assist in conducting employee reviews and performance improvement plans.
- Reliability: Point of contact for sick call, store coverage (maintain business hours, work flexible hours, weekends and some holidays)
- Labor Management: Scheduling & hour validation
Sales & Marketing
- Profitability: drive sales goals and customer retention through marketing and outbound activities
- Strategy: Proactively analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and create/execute improvement plans
- Competency: Demonstrate solid technical competence for all products and services sold
