Woodworking Craftsman

Linear Fine Woodworking, a premier custom architectural millwork company based in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a highly-skilled craftsman with impeccable attention to detail to join our award-winning team of woodworkers. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, detail-orientated, and possess passion for European style cabinetry.

At Linear, you'll work on unique one-of-a-kind projects using a mix of exotic veneers, glass, lighting, cables, and contemporary hardware - building cabinetry that blurs the boundary between items of function and sculpture.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*
*

• At least 5 years of cabinetmaking experience

• Experience working with exotic veneers

• Detail-orientated and committed to perfection

• Basic computation skills and proficiency/accuracy in measuring

• Excellent scheduling, planning and problem-solving skills

• An understanding of shop drawings and developing a cutting list

• An understanding of cabinet hardware and laminate products

• Knowledge of Microvellum is a plus

• Veneer stitching and pressing experience preferred

• Repeated heavy lifting (up to 90 lbs.)
