WooSox Rewards Team Member
Overview:
With the announcement of WooSox Rewards, a new fan loyalty program, the Marketing team is adding to our gameday staff! WooSox Rewards Team Member will be tasked with providing exceptional customer service to rewards members and executing gameday needs of the WooSox Rewards team. In this fan-facing role, a WooSox Rewards Team Member will quickly build relationships with fans to effectively solve problems and provide a great WooSox Rewards user experience!
Role and Responsibilities:
- Resolve WooSox Rewards issues regarding customer accounts and order fulfillment
- Assist with preparation and set up for WooSox Rewards gameday operations
- Develop an understanding and ability to communicate the mission of WooSox Rewards
- Organize and maintain notes on feedback and suggestions for WooSox Rewards
- Promote WooSox Rewards at community/regionalization events on non-gamedays
Qualifications/Characteristics:
- Strong listening and problem-solving ability
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Consistent work ethic with a strong attention to detail
- Punctual attendance with a positive attitude
- Ability to work nontraditional hours, including some nights, weekends, and holidays based on game schedules
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Suite, preferred
- Adobe Creative Cloud, recommended not required
