Salary: $46,000-48,000 annual salary

The Crisis Services Workforce Scheduling Administrator is responsible for assisting the Clinical and Operational leadership teams with all workforce scheduling and reporting staff across clinical departments. The Crisis Services Workforce Scheduling Administrator will provide workforce management scheduling, follow up on all scheduling requests including, but not limited to; call-out documentation, shift change requests, and maintain each shift schedule daily. This is a new role for the organization that will coincide with the launch of new scheduling software.
The Crisis Services Workforce Scheduling Administrator will assist Clinical and Operations leaders of the agency by coordinating important information to the Crisis Department screener team, prepare and producing work volume and staffing forecast dashboards, as well as comparative data on results vs. forecasts, identifies opportunities for improvement and recommends solutions in conjunction with providing call metrics and call documentation reports.
This is what you’ll be doing:
Crisis Line Workforce Scheduler
Maintains in-depth knowledge of the workforce schedules and always ensures up to date coverage. Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
a. Responding to scheduling requests in a timely manner.
b. Maintaining documentation on all scheduling changes or requests
c. Creating reports on historical data and forecasting results from applicable systems.
d. Analyzing data and recommending talent management solutions for implementation.
e. Creating integrated database tracking tools for staffing shrinkage patterns (vacation, sick, training, etc.) to optimize staffing forecasts.
f. Maintaining holiday patterns forecasts to ensure effective coverage for holidays.
g. Maintaining up to date contact information and distribution lists of various departments.
h. Meeting regularly with the Clinical Director and supervisory teams to relay team concerns and points of improvement.
Staff Performance Reporting:
Maintain monthly call metrics reporting
- Run monthly reports of productivity and deliverables for internal use and oversight

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly excel or related software.
- Understanding call routing concepts and how they impact staffing realities, in addition to being able to clearly communicate deviations from our plans is a plus for this role
