The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is an immersive development experience to build your leadership, general management, population health, operations, and growth skills. The LDP program is one of the ways Oak Street invests in building high-performance leaders on the cutting edge of value-based healthcare delivery.

As a part of the LDP, you will build partnerships across teams and disciplines through your day-to-day work and through special projects. The program, which lasts for 24 months, consists of regular small and large group training sessions on important topics and a high level of exposure to senior leadership via a formal mentorship program. Positions that we will be searching for are:

• Population Health Directors
• Corporate Development and Strategy Directors
• Partnership Directors
• Growth Directors
• Other Corporate based Director positions are available

What are we looking for?

• Recent MBA or other advanced degree graduates (MPH/MHA)
• Leadership experience required, healthcare experience preferred
• Self-starter, enjoy solving challenging problems, uses data to drive insights, and excels in a fast past environment
• Supportive attitude toward our patient population of older adults
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong analytical and financial competencies
• Incredible levels of tenacity, empathy, and willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Permanent US work authorization required
