While BNY Mellon is actively seeking students for Sophomore Summit who identify with a historically underrepresented group in the financial services industry, including but not limited to Black, Hispanic/Latino, and female applicants, the summit is open to all current sophomores who are pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college/university with an expected graduation date of December 2024 or May 2025.
Our Sophomore Summit experience is an unpaid 6-8 hour summit, designed to introduce second year students to BNY Mellon's businesses through rotational sessions and help them discover which financial services, may best suit their skills and interests.
