We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to manage client accounts. The ability to communicate effectively with business owners or benefit plan administrators is key to success in this role. We are looking for an intelligent, professional, and experienced account manager with a background in the insurance industry. The Account Coordinator position manages relationships and services our new and existing clientele. Coordinators provide essential support to each of our team members, ensuring that the needs of our clients are met and surpassed.
We expect our Account Coordinators to:
- Setup enrollment platforms and enrollment guides
- Manage claims and billing for client accounts
- Produce enrollment reports and payroll deduction spreadsheets
- Partner with multiple Account Executives to support their client companies
