Account Manager
The Phoenix New Times/ V Digital services is looking for an account manager to join our team onsite at our Downtown Phoenix location. An Account Manager, you will…
- Work closely Sales Management on key accounts, as a partner, extension and team
- Be a leading point of contact for key clients and internal fulfillment team
- Build and maintain solid, trusting relationships for long term client success
- Communicate regularly with clients on the performance of their campaigns
- Demonstrate understanding of traditional and digital media and effectively communicate knowledge with clients
- Participate in monthly quarterly progression calls with clients and fulfillment team
- Review the results and make suggestions to improve campaigns as needed with the internal fulfillment team
- Traffic ads for print & digital advertising campaigns.
- Assist in campaign implementation, to include ad creative design, pixel implementation and setting up the proper conversion tracking
- Draft copy for advertisements, and deliver campaign ideas to graphic designers for advertisement creation.
Skill Requirements:
- Experience with Wordpress, Instapage and Google Analytics
- A willingness to truly help customers.
- The ability to craft relationships (if you have friends and close allies, this is what we mean. But if you dislike your mom and others, you probably won’t be good at this role).
- Excellent active listening skills
- A general understanding of marketing concepts and best practices
- Ability to communicate. That’s it. Can you effectively carry on a meaningful conversation and keep the conversation going? Tell us you don’t bore people over coffee or at parties!
- You need to be willing to solve problems. Life is full of challenges. Yep, we have them too. Are you willing?
- Hopefully, you have a creative mind, as you will need to be able recommend ideas and advertising solutions to meet client needs.

We offer a competitive salary of $40-$50K DOE, as well as additional bonus incentives and career grown opportunities. Candidates must have personal transportation and must pass a background check.
