As our Account Supervisor, you will…

Be Accountable and Responsible

The Account Supervisor is the client's internal champion and demonstrates a strong ownership of the client's brand and of email marketing. The Account Supervisor manages the day-to-day execution of the one-off and recurring email communications.

  • Serve as a primary agency contact for clients on an established financial services account (to vary based on need and the new opportunities we secure).
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, flawlessly executing against tactical requests while also delivering strategically-sound recommendations and value-add ideas in support of their business
  • With producer partners, develop and present scopes and schedules to client, and manage revenue projections and forecasts
  • Develop and present project/tactical briefs to internal team, with support of strategic partner (when relevant)
  • Owns history of the brand and is the brand information steward
  • Understands and applies the brand strategy to customer-facing implementation
  • Collaborates with Producer on status reports and is the lead in status meetings with clients, as relevant
  • Presents, with cross-functional support, creative to client partners

These are the qualifications we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in account management within an ad agency
  • Expertise in email marketing, required
  • Desire to continue working extensively in email marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple pieces of business, multiple clients at different levels, and many projects simultaneously
