Looking for an Accounting Clerk in the city of Rancho Cucamonga

responsibilities are: Accounts payable /receivable:
Create Purchase Order
Post Vendor invoices
Check run and other payment processes
Collect payment from customers
Deposit credit card/check/ACH/Wire in payments
Create credit memos
Send invoices and credit memo
Collect payment from customers
Process credit terms/limit for customers
Maintain resales permit on files

Miscellaneous Duties:
Maintain financial historical records by filing accounting documents
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
Other duties as assigned

Skills:
Excellent analytical and math skills
Strong written and communication skills
Skill in dealing with multiple projects and interruptions
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines as assigned
Ability to maintain effective working relationships
