Job Overview: Post all income into Business Central (BC) Accounting System, review bank transactions, research
chargebacks & perform basic troubleshooting/research to reconcile account balances.

High School Diploma; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Post all income transactions into BC Accounting Software including: cash, credit cards,
- Assist Staff Accountant with reconciling bank accounts in BC (approximately 15 bank
- Review and research questionable bank transactions
- Review counting reports for accuracy
- Perform monthly BC vs GP Reconciliation
- Follow up with chargebacks
- Process refund requests such as refunds through authorize.net (USM tuition).
- Update merchant processor logs
- Manage fund setups in Pushpay (creating/editing funds)
- Manage crypto currency donation system platform, fund set ups
Professional Qualifications
- Have a general understanding of accounting principles.
- Ability to work with the four basic mathematical concepts (addition, subtraction, multiplication,
- and division). Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages to practical situations.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of accounting software (Business Central), Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
