Accounting Office Assistant
Accounting Office Assistant with 1-2 year’s prior experience working in a professional office environment needed immediately for a growing CPA accounting firm in Miami, FL 33137.
As an Office Assistant, you will provide clerical and operational support to accountants in our busy tax department.
You will earn a salary of $45,000 to $52,000 per year, based on experience, plus, a comprehensive company benefits package that includes medical insurance and paid vacation time.
To qualify you must have at least two (1-2) years of office experience preferably in an accounting environment. In addition, we require:
- Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Office products.
- Telephone, faxing and clerical skills.
- A High school diploma or GED.
- Familiarity with Accounting or Tax software programs is a big plus
- Available to work overtime hours during peak ‘tax seasons’ is a MUST.
