Accounts Payable Clerk
Energy Systems Southeast, LLC (ESSE), the Industrial Distribution Central for Generac Power Systems, is currently searching for an Accounts Payable Clerk. We have positions available in Birmingham, AL.
Responsibilities for Accounts Payable Clerk
- Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
- Perform monthly reconciliations
- Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
- Audit and process credit card bills
- Address and respond to vendor inquiries
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Drug-Free Workplace: Must be able to pass a drug test upon hiring and any time during employment (random drug testing with a zero-tolerance policy).
