ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK

We are looking for a candidate with a strong administrative/accounting background. The primary responsibilities will include:

• Ensure correct payments are made in a timely manner.
• Work with location managers to ensure all of the necessary information and approvals are on every invoice.
• Data entry.
• Analyze expense reports and other invoices for accuracy and eligibility for payment.
• Verify payments before checks are sent out by reviewing checks and vouchers.
• Ensure proper maintenance, filing, and storage of records.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Understanding of accounts payable functions.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
