Job description
The Village at Regional West is an independent and assisted living retirement community located next to and affiliated with Regional West Health Services. We are seeking talented staff to work as the Activity Wellness Coordinator for The Village at Regional West.
Our mission is a commitment to advancing the health and wellness of the individuals and communities we are honored to serve.
To serve this mission, you assist in planning, organizing, and implementing therapeutic activities designed to meet the social, spiritual, intellectual, emotional, educational and physical needs and interests of the residents.
As an Activity Wellness Coordinator, you will:
- Foster a positive unit cohesiveness and a quality image of Assisted Living and Independent Living
- Organize activities to promote the well-being and enhance the quality of life for residents
- Contribute to the success of implementing change, new ideas and improve actives
You may be a good fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nurse Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire
- Certified Medication Aide Certification within 1 year of hire
