Fenix Capital Funding is a busy alternative financing company specializing in the purchase of future receivables (cash advance) transactions.

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide customer service, administrative support and assistance to our underwriting department.

We are looking for a careful, hardworking, and diligent person, who has excellent verbal communication skills and can multi-task several things at once and stay on top of the entire checklist of the things needed to be done to manage the business.

Customer service/assistant experience in financial industry strongly preferred.

Description of responsibilities:

• Answer phones and take messages in a friendly and professional manner;
• Manage and maintain schedule for calls and meetings;
• Clerical duties include: typing, data entry, copying, scanning, sending out emails;
• Communicate/guide merchants and ISO Partners through the funding process;
• Calling partners/clients to clarify some information on their files, follow up on offers pending, etc.
• Communicate with clients, banks, attorneys, and legal department staff regarding collection accounts
• Other assigned special projects at the discretion of the team;

Job Requirements:

• Excellent phone and email communication skills
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills, attention to details, goal oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• English speaking
• Financial Industry Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

• Hallandale Beach, FL 33009: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
