Job Description:
Client is seeking a candidate to provide administrative and clerical support for its Drinking Water licensing program.
Specifically, this individual will be primarily responsible for processing licensing applications, license renewals, scanning documents, and data entry. In addition, the candidate may be asked to assist with other customer service-oriented tasks, such as retrieving and returning voicemails, responding to emails, assisting walk-in customers or other duties, as assigned, including assisting other Board unit staff when necessary.
The candidate will be expected to work onsite during normal businesses hours.
The candidate should be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Problem solving skills are a plus.
