We are seeking a reliable, organized office staff employee to join our growing company. The administration position at RevoluSun Idaho plays a critical role in supporting our company in becoming Idaho’s most trusted Solar and Storage provider. The administrative position will aid in maintaining our office cleanliness and organization, answering incoming calls, intaking and scheduling appointments for inbound leads, support our sales team in ensuring documents are prepped, intake clients at point of sale and sending updates to clients.

You should possess incredible multitasking and organizational abilities, be able to effectively prioritize assignments, and complete them in a timely manner. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer service focus are a must. A flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends when needed for event support and coordination is preferred. The successful candidate will be a bright and helpful first point of contact for our company, connecting visitors to the right person on staff, maintaining the neat and professional appearance of our office, and providing support to our sales and marketing staff. This full-time position is for our Boise, Idaho office and will require full-time, in-person attendance.

General Duties:

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment for office and showroom area
  • Help with lead acquisition activities including but not limited to coordinating events and trade-shows and maintaining our company calendar
  • Answer all inbound calls and intake leads for sales appointments, forward calls to appropriate department/employee, check and log all inbound voicemails and follow up on any unanswered requests
  • Provide sales support for lead intake
  • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on management’s behalf
  • Manage team calendars, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters for management and specific team members
  • Attend meetings, take minutes and delegate tasks in coordination with management
  • Generate and file documents appropriately including but not limited to customer documentation, sales documentation, and operational documentation
  • Bridge the file management and communication between leads, sales teams, operational teams, and field crews
  • Have an eagerness to learn and self-initiative to explore the solar industry
  • Provide other administrative and executive assistant duties as needed
  • Social media, blog, and other marketing experience are a plus, but not required

  • Competency in Google Suite and the ability and desire to learn new software
  • Computer literacy; proficiency using Google Suite and online platforms
  • Confidence using office machinery (phone, scanner, printer etc.)
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately

Other helpful attributes for the executive assistant/office administration position include:

  • Website/blog experience (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, etc.)
  • Proficiency using social media tools (hashtags; YouTube; IG, FB events, etc.)
  • Desktop publishing experience (Canva, Adobe Spark, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
