Description

  • Organizes and arranges document data in numerical or alphabetical order and enters data according to established procedures.
  • Proofreads base documents for correctness.
  • Maintains files and compiles routine reports.
  • Compares data entered with source documents, or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors.
  • Enters SRT and VMS tickets into the applications daily to maintain established deadlines.
  • Prints reports, verifies, and validates that information is correct.
  • Maintains billing records and other source documents, which accurately represents the operation of the company.
  • Resolves issues of both simple and complex nature. Assists managers, suppliers and customers with their inquiries.
  • Perform general office duties inclusive of, but not limited to filing, telephones, mail distribution and
  • composing correspondence.
  • Prepares requisitions, orders, or other documents for purchasing and requisitions
  • All other duties as required by management.

Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in English proficiently.
  • Previous experience preferred.
  • Able to lift, push and/or move up to 35 Lbs.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test
