Description:

Administrative assistant for Oldham County Dispatch/Emergency Management.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manages director’s calendar and independently schedules appointments.
Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible.
Prepares records such as agenda, notices, minutes and resolutions for meetings.
Prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements:Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and Operating Systems
Education and/or Experience
One year certificate from college or technical school; or minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid Driver’s License
Notary Public State at Large for Kentucky or be eligible to serve as such
