Ketchum is in search of an Administrative Assistant, Talent Acquisition Operations (Hourly) to join our team!

This is a temporary contract to permanent position. The person in this role that will perform a full range of administrative responsibilities to support the recruitment process for the Talent team across the US.

The candidate must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential for this position. Additionally, this person must have a high tolerance for multi-tasking, is comfortable handling highly confidential information and thrives in a very fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude and focus on customer service.

About the Job

  • Coordinate and execute all interview scheduling and calendar management for candidate interviews
  • Maintain flow of communication between interviewing candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
  • Responsible for posting jobs in our ATS system, update/edit current job postings, create candidate profiles, job templates, etc.
  • Responsible for running reports as needed.
  • Ensure all jobs are posted to federal, state, and veteran job boards
  • Run audits to ensure all information wraps correctly to external websites
  • Draft offer letters, submit background checks and check candidate references
  • Administrative recruiting assignments and support on projects as needed

Qualifications

We’re looking for required skills, and they can come from any combination of education and experience. Diversity of thought and background are encouraged. Typical qualifications include:

  • Related administrative experience or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • High level of organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Takes initiative and demonstrates flexibility when priorities shift
  • Ability to deliver results and meet tight deadlines and targets

The salary range for this position is $30/hr to $42/hr. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, past training, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity and local geographic market data.
