Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Specialist to assist our Support Services Department with clerical & administrative duties within our Procurement & Cellular Communications divisions. HHS Administrative Specialists perform a wide range of administrative duties for divisions under the Support Services umbrella.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Active participation in daily office management, including handling general clerical tasks.

2. Data entry, while also assisting Purchasing Agents throughout all facets of the procurement process.

3. Manage office equipment and supplies, and ordering new supplies as needed

4. Work collaboratively with other departments to help solve specific Support Service related issues i.e. Company Parking Tickets, preparing Purchase order packages for Fiscal to pay invoices, etc.

5. Preparing reports and spreadsheets, preparing correspondence, handling information requests for various departments within Support Services area.

6. Part Time Cellular Communication Role Part time participant assisting Cellular Administrator process, resolve all Cellular Communication requests, both for equipment & service.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma / College Credits

2. 3 Years Full-time office work

3. Fluent in Word & Excel Programs

4. Helpful to have prior administrative work related to companies' cellular phone department
