HealthStar Home Health is looking to hire a full-time Admissions Specialist to join our North St. Paul office. What your day will look like:
- Process skilled services referrals for all 3 skilled branches. You'll oversee the intake process for Inver Grove Heights, Duluth, and Bemidji; this includes insurance verification.
- Responsible for management of order faxing through EMR.
- Data entry and uploading of client information through EMR.
- Responsible for compliance with CMS regulations and Face to Face components
- Physician signature log and tracking.
- Notice of Admission; timely request for submission to billing in 5 or fewer days
- Follow-up, ability to contact clinics and physician's office to retrieve needed information.
